Club management that encourages participation
By providing members with an experience that makes them want to participate, we increase member engagement and lead to member retention.
Specifically, we select attractive speakers at regular meetings, celebrate birthdays and wedding anniversaries for members and their families, present information on club meetings using IT, and distribute regular meeting scenes on YouTube. We also manage the health of our members.Club assemblies address members' interests and concerns so that they can be reflected in future club activities.
It also keeps members informed of club and district activities and Rotary news.In order to provide information to current members and to inform prospective members about attractive clubs, we update club websites and send out activity reports from SNS such as Facebook as needed.
